Pumps are widely used in petroleum and chemical industries. For example, a large-scale 10 million tons/year oil refining and its supporting equipment (atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, coking, hydrogenation, etc.) requires about 200 pumps, of which 83% are centrifugal pumps; one million tons/year of ethylene and its supporting equipment (including ethylene, butadiene, gasoline hydrogenation, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic, styrene and polystyrene, irrigation districts, public works, etc.) require various types of pumps about 1000 units, of which 82%are centrifugal pumps. LG pumps have applied in many key devices and play very import roles.
