YANTAI LONGGANG PUMP INDUSTRY CO., LTD was founded in 2001 with location in Yantai National High-tech Zone, China. It is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, production, marketing and sales. It mainly manufactures 30 series and over 400 models corrosion-resistant pump, mechanical seal, chemical accessories and other relevant products which are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, alkali, salt, acid, chemical fiber, fertilizer, medicine, metallurgy, electricity, printing and dyeing, paper making, environmental protection, water treatment, natural gas and other industries.

R&D Ability

● Professional R&D team consists of 75 engineers,including 17 senior engineers.

● Competence center, as a professional research institution, covering the basic fields of materials, fluid analysis, structural analysis, standard parts, processes, machine control instruments, etc., equipped with R&D personnel with professional skills as technical leaders.

● Product R&D center, is equipped with R&D engineers with rich design experience as technical supervisors to escort product R&D and design.

● Apply 3D design and simulation R&D methods to analyze the internal flow field, pressure field, stress strain and thermodynamic characteristics to ensure the quality of products and reduce performance risks.

● Carry out in-depth cooperation with institutions such as Tsinghua University, Shandong University, China Agricultural University, Suzhou University, etc, relying on major projects, carry out joint research and development, and jointly explore a new talent training model. 

Production Ability

● We have professional workshops for casting, machining, welding and assembling.

● The casting workshop has different size of electric melting furnace and heat treatment furnace. The facilities can satisfy heat treatment of various materials of blank casting and casting parts.

● The machining workshop has advanced CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, boring machines, planers, grinders and milling machines, large parts up to 2.8m can be machined.

● The assembling workshop has big, medium and small assembly lines, skilled workers can ensure the assembling quality and efficiency.

● We have 3 standard test stands for conventional process pump tests, which can be used for hydraulic performance test, cavitation test, frequency conversion working condition test and endurance test.

● We can manufacture various pumps up to 6000 units every year.
