Solution to severe air resistance during pipeline pump operation
Pipeline pumps are currently the most commonly used equipment in oil transportation systems.But the biggest problem it has is low suction head and easy to produce gas resistance;At the same time,if the actual flow rate in the pipeline differs significantly from the rated flow rate,resulting in mixed oil and gas transportation,it will lead to a doubling of the oil delivery time and a doubling of the waste of electrical energy.

The zero position tank in the oil depot is a horizontal oil tank buried underground,and the pipeline pump is installed on the ground pipeline.During operation,the pump sucks oil from the underground horizontal oil tank into the pump,and the vertical height is the suction head of the pump.Gasoline begins to vaporize when the suction head exceeds 4.27 meters at 20°C,and cannot function normally when the suction head exceeds 4.5 meters.
When transporting oil products through negative pressure suction,the pipeline is in a negative pressure working state.When the remaining pressure at a certain point in the pipeline is less than the saturated vapor pressure at the operating temperature of the oil product,a large amount of oil will vaporize,causing discontinuous or interrupted flow,which is called air resistance.Once air blockage occurs,the entire oil transportation system cannot function properly,and a vacuum system needs to be installed as a supporting device.
The green brand submersible pump immerses the pump body into the bottom of the oil tank,directly pressurizes the oil product through the impeller inside,and pushes the oil product to the target oil storage tank to achieve oil delivery or zero position tank to the vertical tank.Due to the positive pressure transportation of oil products,the large flow submersible pump does not produce air resistance and there is no suction head problem.
The core technology to solve this problem is a submerged or shielded motor.There is a gap between the stator and rotor of the motor that is approximately equivalent to a sheet of A4 paper thickness,and the oil flows through the middle,playing two roles:one is to cool the motor.Almost all motors can only let the liquid flow through the outside of the motor to achieve the cooling effect,thereby ensuring the motor's lifespan.The characteristic of liquid leakage inside the submersible pump motor has doubled the lifespan of this type of motor.2、The liquid flows through the gap between the stator and rotor,providing excellent lubrication for the bearings.The problems with the motor and bearings have been effectively solved,thus eliminating the need for maintenance of the submersible pump and resulting in an extremely low failure rate.The service life is up to ten years and the shelf life is three years.
